Operations Support Executive

Responsibilities:

Day to day operations

• Maintain photo records and update inventory of equipment and assets
• Support in queries handling as support for operational systems
• Data Entry and generating reports as and when required
• Daily administrative support, documentation and filing
• Data collation for operational issues and work with IT to resolve
• Assist in the documentation of standard order procedures for the governance in processes
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly system reports for users

Incidents reporting

• Attend to enquiries from clients and teams
• Assist in providing updates on major incidents and emergencies to the relevant personnel

Support Ops team

• Scheduling
• Communicate with Deployment staff
• Provide data and statistics promptly to Ops staff
• Able to perform simple analysis using Excel  
• Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time.  Certain periods of the month may require some overtime.  You will be assigned to be on standby duties at certain times.  An allowance will be paid for such duties.

 Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma with a minimum 2 years working experience
• Well-organised, systematic with attention to detail
• Willing to learn and have a positive working attitude
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Deployment & Servicing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Carry out asset installation according to project timeline and specifications
• Conduct routine site survey and inspection to ensure optimal operating standards 
• Perform maintenance, replacement, and on-site troubleshooting
• Maintain photo records and update inventory of equipment and assets
• Hands-on experience with panel and device installation
• Check device functionality

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years hands-on experiences in installation, troubleshooting and/or repairs of electric and electronics products
• O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC
• Working location – all around the island
• Well versed in Excel
• Ability to speak Mandarin an advantage
• Class 3 driving license (preferred)
• Singaporean and PR only

Job Description

Provide Infrastructure and User support

• 1st – 2nd level of end-user support (computer, application, etc.) as a primary daily task
• Assist in the evaluation of a Content Management System (CMS) for content publishing and recognise core components of a CMS and CMS enhancements to meet up with the future demands
• Configuration and maintenance of office cloud systems
• Company SIM/telephony/network support, liaise with the telco for troubleshooting
• Installation, configuration, optimization, monitoring and maintenance of operational systems and server

Applications & Project Management

• Work with Sales and Business Development on projects by providing clear concise IT solutions that meet clients’ and stakeholders’ needs.
• Coordinate with HQ to track system/application problem’s root cause for troubleshooting
• Support business operations, not limited to company systems support, applications support, etc.
• Identify users’ needs, understand the needs and be able to come out with solutions
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent
• Good learning attitude with keen interest in current and future technology trends
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and Project Management experience will be advantageous
• Proficient with networking, Windows operating system, Linux and iOS
• Good appreciation of cyber security concepts and associated duties such as patching of security vulnerabilities
• Be able to present Company systems with third parties including government agencies
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
