Digital Content Scheduler

Responsibilities:
1.    Prepare digital content for display on our media assets in community and commercial areas;
2.    Receive materials and sort according to screening schedule and location; data entry into the system of required screening parameters (date, duration, location cluster etc);
3.    Able to do simple design basic content templates and guide client/partners on using them;
4.    Perform pre-screening content layout, programming and configuration of file formats;
5.    Adjust file format, amend picture/video dimensions, compress files, refine resolution etc;
6.    Test-check files for quality before upload;
7.    Post approved content onto digital media assets through Content Management System (CMS);
8.    Upload files into CMS according to screening schedule for multiple clients across varying locations daily;
9.    Make adjustments to uploaded content and edit screening schedules;
10.    Be prepared to attend to adhoc, urgent content upload requests after work hours.

Requirements:
•    Good work ethics, Willing to learn, meticulous and a team player
•    Training will be provided
•    Able to read Chinese and operate Chinese software
•    1-2 years working experience, fresh school leaver is also welcome
•    Some basic knowledge of common graphic design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign etc) and video editing software (Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, etc) is a plus but not a must.
•    Able to work within tight deadlines
•    Advantageous to have worked on web-based CMS

Senior Marketing Executive

The role of the Senior/Marketing Executive is to support all brand and marketing-related activities for the Singapore business. The incumbent will be in charge of the company’s branding and presence through the use of various marketing channels and interaction with internal and external stakeholders in Singapore.
Brand Awareness
•    Plan, manage and execute all marketing, promotions and event plans with accuracy and in a timely manner to create awareness and branding through various platforms;
•    Execute Ads on different social media platforms to increase awareness, engagement and conversions;
•    Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines;
•    Research and prepare requested presentations/proposal.
Internal Branding
•    Content generation for all social media platforms in a timely manner;
•    Prepare and deliver marketing plans to achieve key objectives;
•    Maintain close contact with sales & operations teams for specific support activities;
•    Work with in-house designers to produce materials with visual impact;
•    Plan, manage and implement digital marketing activities to increase company's brand influence in the contract market;
•    Generate reports for digital marketing campaigns using database analytics tools and presenting them in an easy-to-understand format.
Client Attraction
•    Work closely with sales teams and design team on the design, production and upgrading of marketing materials;
•    Be able to identify projects with good marketing positioning to further sales;
•    Plan digital marketing strategies to improve sales, traffic, and engagement;
•    Recognise and troubleshoot issues and problems encountered in media buying processes;
•    Manage the organisation’s social media channels and ensure constant engagement;
•    Plan and execute client engagement events and activities when necessary;
•    Keep abreast of industry development including competitors’ activities; and
•    Perform other duties as required

Requirements
•    BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
•    Proven experience as Senior/Marketing executive or similar role
•    Excellent communication and people skills
•    Ability to multitask and work under pressure
•    Creativity and commercial awareness
•    Eye for detail, resourcefulness and creativity
•    At least 2 to 5 years of working experience preferably in conceptualising, proposing, planning and executing marketing campaigns
•    Ability to understand goals and pain points and translate these challenges to solutions
