Responsibilities:

  • 1st – 2nd level of end user support (computer, application, etc) as primary daily task
  • Working together with ops team on daily routine task
  • Configuration and maintenance of office cloud systems
  • Administrate active directory user creation, group mapping, and file server security
  • Monitor and maintenance of NAS storage usage
  • Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures
  • Company SIM/telephony/network support, liaise with telco for troubleshooting
  • Support business operation, not limit to company system support, application support, printer support, etc.
  • Installation, configuration, optimization, monitoring and maintenance of operational systems and server
  • Coordinate with HQ to track system/application problem’s root cause for troubleshooting
  • Database trigger with template provided to support operation department
  • IT asset management
  • Documentation on IT administrative related matter
  • Maintain company website, not limit to liaise with vendor for support
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Able to pro-actively execute tasks independently with minimal guidance
  • Proficient with networking, Windows operating system, Linux and iOS
  • Good appreciation of cyber security concepts and associated duties such as patching of security vulnerabilities
  • Knowledge on server configuring and operating systems on cloud service providers
  • Familiar with web server technologies such as NGINX/APACHE/IIS is good
  • Knowledge of script development (shell/ Python/php/Powershell) is useful
  • Knowledge in understanding of SQL scripts and database triggers is useful
  • Possess a positive attitude, is goal oriented and a team player
  • Effective fluency in English and Chinese is appreciated

Responsibilities:

  • Work with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of digital Content using proprietary system
  • Creative, strong visualization skills and have an eye for detail
  • Well versed with all processes involved in the production lifecycle (design, video and digital)  
  • Manage a small team of staff responsible for smooth delivery of content at all times
  • Provide strategic input and continually looking to improve workflows and processes within the Content department
  • Support the development and conceptualization of new commercial comms initiatives
  • Possess business acumen and creativity to try out innovative initiatives
  • Manage, support and facilitate engagements between internal and external stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Singaporean and SPR only
  • Degree / Diploma
  • Possess good written, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent personal/organizational management
  • Strong understanding of media industry and commercially savvy   
  • Can-do attitude, team player and strong work ethics
  • Proficient in graphic design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign etc) and video editing software (Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, etc)
  • Advantageous to have worked on web-based CMS
  • Fluent in English and Chinese

Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The role requires an individual with confidence in external partnership management, strong management skills to manage needs of both external and internal stakeholders, a strategic mind to assess commercial viability for media screens deployment, and the ability to proactively seek out and clinch opportunities in new market segments and bring on board new channel partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, clinch and nurture business deals through commercial partnerships that increase the reach of our digital media assets in community and commercial buildings
  • Lead in contract negotiation for commercial collaborations and close deals
  • Ensure regular engagement with partners, service the accounts, and continue to build up the profile of our company in the market
  • Manage the needs of external partners and internal teams for the effective deployment and operations of our media assets in our partners’ premises
  • In charge of performance reports for the management and our partners

Requirements:

  • Strong network with Managing Agent / Property management companies is preferred
  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years in business development, strategic sales, or partnerships (depending on the position applying for)
  • Ability to project a professional image in external discussions
  • Proactive in sourcing for opportunities and adopts a systemic approach to clinching projects
  • Proficiency in business English and some knowledge in business Chinese

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare digital content for display on our media assets in community and commercial areas
    • receive materials and sort according to screening schedule and location; data entry into system of required screening parameters (date, duration, location cluster etc)
    • design basic content templates and guide client/partners on using them
    • light image and video editing to ensure quality visual display on screen
  • Perform pre-screening content layout, programming and configuration of file formats
    • adjust file format, amend picture/video dimensions, compress files, refine resolution etc
    • test-check of file coding using advanced photoshop functions or notepad++
    • test-check to check for visual quality before upload.
  • Post approved content onto digital media assets through Content Mgmt System (CMS)
    • upload files into CMS according to screening schedule for multiple clients across varying locations daily
    • make adjustment to uploaded content and edit screening schedules
    • attend to adhoc, urgent content upload for emergencies after work hours.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in arts/creative/graphics design or equivalent
  • Proficient in common graphic design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign etc) and video editing software (Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, etc)
  • Around 2 years of paid, commercial experience with a diverse portfolio
  • Good eye for details and strong sense for aesthetics
  • A team player who has a good understanding of public communications
  • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Advantageous to have worked on web-based CMS

Expectations:

  • comfortable to use a Chinese-language CMS
  • efficiently process high volume of content for upload in accordance to screening schedule
  • 5 day work week, hours may stretch depending on load of content to upload
  • standby after-hours for urgent emergency uploads
  • 1st-level troubleshooting of CMS may be required (training to be provided and supported by IT)

Development Path:

  • In later stage of business, creative content production and design may take a more prominent role, allowing for transition or adjustment of scope
  • When possible, team members may work with Strategic Sales or equivalent teams to support in Creatives and Conceptualisation of clients' advertising/marketing campaigns on our media screens
