    Key Responsibilities:
    1.    Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through proactive hunting, networking, and client acquisition.
    2.    Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, research, and market analysis.
    3.    Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
    4.    Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and develop tailored media solutions that meet their objectives.
    5.    Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    6.    Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
    7.    Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    8.    Lead Generation: Continuously expand the sales pipeline by generating leads and prospecting potential clients.
    9.    Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and deal status.
    10.    Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.


    Qualifications:
    -    Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    -    Proven track record in media or advertising sales.
    -    Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
    -    Hunter mentality with the ability to prospect new clients and build a strong network.
    -    Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • We are looking for a dynamic & high-performing Business Development Manager for our Singapore Team. You will be part of a Business Development team in charge of uncovering prime opportunities for our Lifestyle Media digital media screens for public audiences. The role requires an individual with confidence in external partnership management, strong coordination skills to manage the needs of both external and internal stakeholders, a strategic mind to assess commercial viability for media screens deployment, and the ability to proactively seek out and clinch opportunities in new market segments and bring on board new media channel partners.
     

    Responsibilities:

    • Report to Team Lead

    • Identify and approach MCST/Building owners on the deployment of our media screens

    • Support in contract negotiations for commercial collaborations

    • Identify, clinch and nurture business deals through commercial partnerships that increase the reach of our digital media assets in community and commercial buildings

    • Coordinate with internal teams (deployment, IT, Content and Sales) for the effective operations of our media assets

    • Conduct follow-up reviews and maintain positive, professional relationship with MCST and partners to ensure continuity for deployment of assets and driving market awareness of our platform

    • Prepare business presentations and proposal materials

    • Perform relevant business analysis to demonstrate value for partners

     
    Requirements:

    • Minimum diploma

    • Good working attitude, positive and willing to learn

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, partnership or marketing functions.  Those without relevant experience will be guided on the job by the team lead.

    • Experience in property, estate management or media advertising is preferred

    • Experience in dealing with MCST/Commercial Building Managers will be an advantage

    • Fresh graduates in relevant disciplines are welcome

    • Ability to speak and write well in English and Chinese

    • Assist in full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, Bank Reconciliation and etc

    • Process employee expenses claims

    • Prepare and submit GST, CPF and IR8A

    • Data entry, invoice processing, suppliers' payments & AR Collections

    • Liaise with external parties such as Suppliers, Clients and relevant parties

    • Prepare audit schedules and support the auditor in conducting external audits.

    • Prepare monthly reporting schedules to HQ (China)

    • Responsible for insurance matters eg. renewing medical insurance policy, workmen compensation, motor vehicle insurance etc.

    • Any other ad-hoc duties.

     

    Job Requirement:

    • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.

    • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.

  • Responsibilities:

    1. Undertake all administrative work related to the inventory management:

    • Manage media insertion order bookings submitted by the sales personnel.

    • Coordinate with Content team to ensure media schedule is logged in. Submission of media files by clients to the content team for timely upload.

    • Perform filing duties for the department. Monitor media campaigns fulfillment and liaise with finance for billing purposes.

    • Assist in coordinating and enforcing sales policies, procedures and systems are complied with by sales personnel.
       

    2. Undertake inventory management report

    • Compile and maintain campaign information

    • Assist in compiling sales performance reports

    • Assist in compiling campaign reports

    • Provide admin support for sales personnel of appointments and meetings.
       

    Requirements:

    • This is a junior role

    • Diploma in marketing/ communication/management studies

    • Relevant administrative experience preferred, proficient in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Pivot Table)

    • Meticulous and good working attitude

    • Have initiative, drive and motivated to work as a team.

    • Conversant in English and Mandarin
